We’re here to make your breastfeeding journey easier — from the first click to your first consultation. Whether you have in-network insurance or not, we’ll guide you step-by-step so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 1 – Choose How Your Breastfeeding Visit Will Be Covered
Whether you have in-network insurance, out-of-network insurance, or no insurance at all, you can still access care with Loyal Lactation. Review the options below to see how your breastfeeding visit will be covered.
In Network through TLN
We are in-network with:
Aetna – Commercial plans
Meritain – Commercial plans
UHC (UnitedHealthcare) – Commercial UHC plans, plus UMR, All Savers, Oxford Health Plan, and Surest
First Health – Card must have First Health logo
Multiplan – Most PPO plans with the Multiplan logo
PNOA – Most PPO plans with the PNOA logo
Velocity PPO – Card must have Velocity PPO logo
VA CCN – Optum East – Veterans only (referral required)
In Network through Wildflower
We are in-network with:
All Cigna commercial plans
Most Cigna-affiliated third party administrators (TPAs)
Many corporate clients affiliated with Cigna
Out-of-Network or No Insurance
Don’t worry—you can still get support.
Book a visit with self-pay pricing
Use HSA/FSA funds if eligible
