These plans cover home visits only, which means virtual consultations are not included in your benefits.
Since you live outside our local home visit service area, you still have the option to book a self-pay virtual consultation for continued breastfeeding support.

When you're ready to connect with a certified breastfeeding specialist, simply schedule your virtual meeting—it's a quick and easy process that only takes a few minutes to secure your spot on our calendar.
Join Zoom Session
Once your virtual meeting is scheduled, expect email and text reminders with Zoom session details. Ensure you join a few minutes before the scheduled start time; you'll be placed in a waiting room until your session commences.
Get Personalized Support
During your 60-minute virtual consultation, you’ll connect directly with our lactation consultant to discuss your specific concerns and needs. You’ll receive tailored guidance, techniques, and strategies to enhance your breastfeeding journey, with tools and props used for clarity. After the session, you’ll also receive a detailed follow-up email summarizing the discussion, complete with helpful links, infographics, and a link to schedule your next session or leave a review.

I am a first time mom and didn’t know much about breastfeeding, so I obviously had some difficulties along the way. I am from Uzbekistan, and here people don’t really offer these kind of appointments, they just go with the flow. Since I needed advice and had a lot of unanswered questions, I started looking around Instagram and came along Loyal Lactation, so I booked an appointment so that I could get some answers and tips on how to increase my milk supply and how to get my twin boys to exclusively breastfeed. Virtual consultations are $100 per session, payable at the time of booking.
Each virtual consultation lasts about 60 minutes, giving time for assessment, hands-on guidance through video, and personalized support.
You can book a virtual meeting at any time. Virtual visits are available on Fridays, with both morning and afternoon appointment times.
You’ll receive one-on-one guidance tailored to your needs, including latch support, pumping strategies, and weaning guidance. After your session, you’ll also receive a detailed follow-up email with key takeaways, resources, and links for continued support.
Yes. We support families at every stage — from newborn feeding challenges to pumping, bottle refusal, or preparing to wean.
