If you live within our local home visit service area (ZIP codes below), you’ll be guided to book a home visit.
If you prefer a virtual visit instead, you’ll also have the option to schedule that at the bottom of this page.
If you live outside our local home visit service area, you’ll be guided to book a virtual visit.
Home visits take place Monday–Thursday.
Virtual visits take place on Fridays.
